Potato soup with black truffle

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cotechino
  • 4 potatoes
  • 125ml of liquid cream
  • 1 bay leaf
  • pepper to taste
  • meat and vegetable broth to taste


To make a tasty potato cream soup with black truffle, first boil 4 medium-sized potatoes in salted water, which you then flavor with 2 cloves of garlic and a bay leaf.

Once cooked, peel the potatoes, pass them through a potato masher and place the mashed potatoes in a saucepan.

Combine 125 milliliters of liquid cream and a glass of broth, season with salt and pepper and add a small diced black truffle to the cream.

Pour the cream into individual plates, then cut a cotechino that you have cooked into slices and place 2-3 on each plate.

Decorate with black truffle flakes and enjoy your potato cream soup immediately.
