Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 500g Beef Underside
- 1 aubergine
- 1 80 gram jar of Black Truffle Carpaccio
- Rosemary
- Oil
- salt
- Garlic
Preparation:
Marinate the meat with salt, oil and rosemary, place it in a preheated oven at 220 ° for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, put the oven at 80° and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Cook the aubergines in the pan with the clove of garlic. Blend the aubergines with water until it reaches a creamy consistency. Once the meat is cooked, stabilize it for 5 minutes before cutting it. Cut and plate.
