An excellent mozzarella produced with Molise milk, ideal for creaming a wide variety of first and second courses, with its intense aroma and characteristic aromatic notes, it gives the scamorza a unique flavour.

Produced and Packaged in the REA Laboratory CB-207576 Deus Truffle by Michele di Tommaso.
