Conservation

We recommend consuming them within a few days, or at most 4 or 5. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature between 3-4°C. During storage, place the truffle in a glass or plastic container, first lining the bottom with a cotton cloth or white kitchen paper. The container should then be placed in the refrigerator's lower section. If you wish to preserve them for longer, you can freeze or deep-freeze each truffle, but only after wrapping it in aluminum foil or in a vacuum-sealed bag.
